Neuro Still Yin — Attention Through Movement
A 60-minute slow, accessible Yin practice designed to train attention through movement, breath, stillness and awareness of the body.
Move slowly through held postures with music, followed by intentional periods of silence where we use gentle breathing and physical sensation to bring attention back into the body.
This isn't about achieving the deepest stretch or perfecting a pose. It's about noticing what you can feel, recognising when attention wanders, and returning.
Move. Feel. Notice. Return.
Neuro Still Yin combines movement and stillness to create space to reconnect with your body, your attention and the present moment.
No previous Yin experience is needed.
